The fact that there is no calcium in quartzite is the reason that quartzite is not susceptible to acid etching.
This factor is what drives the demand for this stone as a kitchen benchtop stone of choice.
Worldstone’s Champagne quartzite, also known as Taj Mahal, is available in jumbo size slabs. The colour pallet is soft neutral minky brown tones with a consistent vein patterning. These warm hues work well with both light and dark kitchen schemes.
