HASSELL’S vision for Baker Mckenzie’s new Sydney offices embraces the concept of the hybrid workspace, seamlessly transitioning spaces from open workstations to breakout hubs, meeting spaces, reception and walkways, stairs and café area.
The inspired selection of Bintang Stone in a flamed and brushed finish, transitions effortlessly through these spaces tying them all together. This stone with its interesting markings and warm pinkish undertones, captures the strength warmth and flexibility required throughout this space. The fluid nature of the office spaces required a floor material which was able to transition between a number of different areas whist remaining practical and appropriate.
